Scope of Services
As a customer, you will collaborate with one of our consultants to develop a custom marketing campaign for your unit. We agree to promote your unit across our network of websites, social media platforms, and third-party classified or auction platforms, as discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information about your unit, including but not limited to VIN, specifications, condition, and quality photos. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your advertisement that result from incorrect or incomplete data provided by you.
You will receive a draft of your advertisement within 24–48 business hours after service initiation. You must review and notify us within 24 hours of receipt if any information in your ad is incorrect. Failure to respond will be considered approval.
We may provide your contact information to serious buyers. You must ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
We will monitor your advertisement and notify you of legitimate offers that fall within 75% or more of your asking price. Communication may be made via phone call, text, or email.
Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All major credit cards are accepted. You are purchasing marketing services only, not a guaranteed sale. Once your marketing service begins, all fees are non-refundable.
You acknowledge that we cannot control buyer behavior, market conditions, or pricing fluctuations. The success of your campaign may be affected by factors such as price, condition, seasonality, and location.
The Registry LLC maintains a strict No Refund Policy. Marketing services are paid for upfront and delivered immediately through labor, platform fees, and ad placements. If you choose to purchase additional services later, a new payment will be required.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We are committed to resolving any issues you may have and expect you to contact us first to attempt resolution in good faith before initiating a credit card chargeback.

Failure to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback may be considered a breach of this agreement, and we reserve the right to respond accordingly, including contesting the chargeback and terminating your access to services.

Our services and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Registry LLC makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance expectations.
We do not guarantee uptime, ad views, or that the Website or advertising platforms will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for actions or changes made by third-party advertising platforms. You acknowledge and accept that success is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to adjust platform usage, services, features, or content at any time, without prior notice.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Registry LLC and its affiliates, vendors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Any inaccurate or misleading information you provided,
- Your breach of these Terms,
- Misrepresentation of your unit,
- Any claims arising from your interaction with prospective buyers.
Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Review and approve your advertisement draft within 24 hours,
Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information,
Refrain from submitting libelous, copyrighted, or misleading content,
Notify us within 24 hours if your unit sells or is no longer available,
Provide the unit as described once a buyer is secured,
Sell the unit at the agreed-upon advertised price,
Avoid sharing any third-party intellectual property without permission.
You retain ownership of your unit during the marketing period.
Links to Other Sites
We may provide links to third-party websites or services as a courtesy. The Registry LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites and does not guarantee any outcomes resulting from your interaction with them.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the business relationship at any time for any reason, including the sale of the unit or breach of these terms. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or remove your advertisement without warning if you fail to comply with these Terms.
"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults
and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted
under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its
Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers,
expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or
otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement,
and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance,
usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company
provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind
that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free. We can not make any promises or guarantees as to when or if any given vehicle (unit) will sell, nor can we control the conduct or actions of buyers or sellers, therefore we maintain a no refund policy.

It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement.
