For sale: 1978 Fiat 124 Spider Convertible in very good condition and running great, with extensive upgrades and maintenance that make it a standout example of this classic Italian roadster. This car has received new tires, water pump, steering box, battery, timing belt, and a rebuilt exhaust system. Additional mechanical work includes a full brake system rebuild, starter and distributor rebuilds, new spark plugs, new ignition, and a completely rebuilt suspension with all-new control arms, springs, shocks, and an upgraded sway bar. The carburetor has been rebuilt, and the car now rides on stunning 15” Cromodora Ferrari Dino wheels. A recently replaced convertible top and a 13-stage custom paint job add to its sharp appearance. The sale also includes many brand-new spare parts sourced from Auto Ricambi, such as an electronic ignition kit (in box), weather stripping, both taillights with control boards (in box), and more—plus an extra engine that must be taken with the car. All work has been performed by Nick Falcone Enterprises in Philadelphia or Fazio Classic Garage in Wyomissing, with extensive documentation to back it up. Minor flaws include a small bubble on the driver’s side rear quarter, a rear fin dent, and slight steering play that can be adjusted.
