Our experienced team is available to provide you with guidance for best practices while participating in a private party transaction and is offered to you and/or buyers, as requested. This includes but is not limited to offering access to third party services such as financing, inspections, escrow services, and transportation services to help facilitate a quick, safe and easy transaction.

Payments are to be made directly to the private seller and/or their lien company. We do not accept any payments for the units we are marketing for private sellers as we are not a broker.

Buyers are responsible for the Taxes, registration, transportation, shipping, fuel costs, and inspection of the units they purchase. All units are sold “As Is”, without any guarantees or warranties from The Registry LLC, their employees, contractors, the private seller or their affiliates.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to perform a pre-purchase inspection prior to purchasing a unit from a private seller. We strongly recommend that all buyers their PERFORM DUE DILIGENCE BY HAVING ANY UNIT INSPECTED WHEN PURCHASING A UNIT ADVERTISED ONLINE.

We will make every attempt to provide the most accurate information possible, however we can not be held responsible for any errors or omissions, inaccuracies or non disclosed information regarding the unit you are purchasing from a private seller. Please contact us if you need assistance finding a reputable inspection service.

All units are advertised on other venues and we reserve the right to discontinue any of our advertising and/or marketing campaigns at any time, and without notice. We agree to manage and update all advertisements that we have posted on the platforms we are using to market units in a timely manner. We will make every attempt to provide the most current information possible, however we can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information posted.
