Arborist Tree Spray Rig
This Arborist Tree Spray Rig is a stainless steel spray system mounted on a 20,000 lb hook lift truck. It is equipped with a 50 GPM BEAN pump that offers variable pressure from 0 to 800 psi, providing flexibility for different spraying tasks. The engine is a 37 HP Wisconsin VG4D, 4-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine, ensuring reliable performance.
The rig includes two Hanney hose reels, one for 3/4" hose and another for 1/2" hose, with each reel capable of holding 300 feet of hose. The tank is constructed from type 304 stainless steel and is a 1,200-gallon, one-compartment, 3-baffle unit with an agitator to keep the contents well-mixed. The tank dimensions are 4 feet by 4 feet by 10 feet, providing ample capacity for large spraying jobs. The entire unit measures 14 feet in length, 4 feet 6 inches in height, and 7 feet in width, with convenient sidewalks for easy access. The spray rig has not been used for about a year but is in good running condition. Additional parts for the engine, pump, and reels are included, along with one or two Bean spray guns and parts for them.
