The 2014 Van’s RV-12 is an E-AB night VFR-equipped aircraft, featuring a 110hp fuel-injected Viking engine that allows it to run on nearly any type of fuel. With a 3-blade DUC propeller, this plane offers impressive fuel efficiency, using just 5 gallons per hour at 115 knots and as low as 2.8 gallons per hour at 90 knots. The cockpit is equipped with a 10” Dynon D-1000 display, a 2-axis autopilot, and a Mode S transponder with ADS-B Out, along with a Garmin SL40 comm radio for clear communication. The wings are removable for easy storage, and the cabin features a sun visor, canopy cover, and full carpeting throughout. With only 289 hours TTAF&E and fresh maintenance including new fuel lines, brakes, batteries, and an annual completed in September 2024, this plane is ready for its next owner.
