There are 2 A/C units. The master bedroom is a queen and the second bedroom has upper and lower bunks. The full bath has a skylight and water heating is dual powered as is the refrigerator. The kitchen has an island sink and large counter for food prep and there is a small fridge with outside access for outdoor use. The table converts to another bed that sleeps two. Television is HDTV and sits above the electric fireplace. Three reclining seats allow for comfortable TV watching and napping. The unit has blackout curtains and tinted windows to keep the solar heat gain low. The unit is auto leveling and the tires have auto-sensing and there is a full spare. It has a Nautilus P1 Water System along with connections for cable and/or satellite and there is wifi installed. The slide controller is by Lippert and is dual motor and synchronous. I purchased this last year hoping to have some great adventures with it but have had health problems since soon after buying this unit and I must sell it. It will be a perfect get away for family trips and could be used as a guest 'cottage' when parked at home. As far as I know everything works and nothing is wrong with this trailer including the tires which seem relatively new and unworn. There is a small dink in the front storage hatch door from the prior owner.
