Three horse with dividers one is a stud stall. Take the dividers out and can fit 4 horses. Has a mid tack and also a spot for a rear tack. All tires are in great condition with plenty of tread left. Managers for plenty of storage. Lights inside horse area. Living quarters area has a shower, toilet, air conditioning, heat, fridge, microwave, stove, sink, radio, which are all in great working condition. The table folds down into bed, and the nose sleeping area has plenty of room and all lights work inside and out. No soft spots in the floor or ceiling and there’s zero leaks. Has an outside awning. This trailer has a slide out where the table is and works great. Plenty of storage cabinets in the living quarters spot. Has a door from the living quarters to the mid tack room. This trailer hasn’t been used a bunch and has been well cared for. Electric jacks, 28 ft long, propane generator. Don’t want to sell but looking for a bigger trailer as our family has grown bigger.
